Louise Leonard Gray is the Principal and Founder of Momentum Advisory. With over 20 years experience in  sales and marketing, Louise started out her career agency side, working on leading Irish and International brands such as Guinness, Budweiser, Carphone Warehouse, Castlethorn, and many more. She’s held marketing, sales management and business development roles in the print and packaging industry and managed Enterprise Ireland’s International Selling Programme with the Dublin Institute of Technology through 8 iterations. Working with over 600 SME’s across the full spectrum of sectors in that time.

Louise has been a consultant with Enterprise Ireland for the last 6 years, delivering programmes such as the Strategic Marketing Review, the Business Growth Advisor Programme, Strategic Consultancy and Business Continuity Projects. In this capacity, she has worked with companies in sectors as diverse as Engineering, Construction, FMCG, Packaging, Medical Devices, Textiles and Industrial. She is committed to ongoing learning and tooling herself to remain relevant in the fast evolving world of Sales and Marketing. Louise’s intuitive style  and coaching background allows her to quickly identify the challenges facing businesses. Her pragmatic and realistic approach means that companies are enabled and empowered to bring about lasting improvement.
